Quince jam

Ingredients
1,3 kg quinces
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
1 liter of water
Method
From the sugar and water cooked sugar syrup. Add the washed, peeled and grated quince. Boil over high heat to thicken the syrup. A solution in hot water tartaric acid and boil for another 2-3 minutes. After cooling jam jars are closed.
