Rabbit with cream

Ingredients
800 g of meat rabbit
50 g salo
50 g butter
150 g vegetable roots
1/2 lemon
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp cranberry compote
1/2 cup (100 ml) wine
150 g cream
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
capers
1/2 orange
spices
soup
salt
pepper
Method
Carefully remove the skin from the meat shpikova with salo, add salt is, sprinkle with pepper and rub with spices. In the butter fry the chopped vegetable roots, add meat fry on all sides until a brown crust. Pour broth, add the mustard, spices, slices of lemon and orange peel, cranberries and stew. Choking meat pour fat and broth. When tender meat is removed, add the wine, lemon juice and flour, broken with cream sauce and boil a few minutes. Add capers.
