Rabbit with spicy sauce and vegetables

Ingredients
1 rabbit
3/4 cup sunflower oil
1-2 tbsp paprika
1-2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp savory
2 tbsp Maggie - vegetable (or vegeta, vegetable broth)
pepper
salt
1 tsp curry
unisos or soy sauce
parsley
1 -2 onions
1-2 carrots
2-3 peppers
# For the marinade:
1-2 bay leaves
1-2 cloves garlic
unisos or soy sauce
salt
1 onion
5-6 peppercorns

Method
Rabbit partitioned and marinate for about an hour in the water, enough to cover the meat, to which are added products marinade as onion is sliced. The oil, red pepper, flour, savory, vegetable seasoning, curry powder, salt and pepper and mix well each portion to add some in this mixture. Portions rank in the tray, and between them put the chopped vegetables, unisos and cover well with foil. Bake for 1 hour on a hot oven, the temperature was then reduced to 180 C, and thus bake for another hour and a half. Before withdrawing from the oven fthe oil is removed, browns slightly and sprinkle with plenty of chopped parsley.

When do rabbit bake it in an envelope for baking. Otherwise, the recipe is very nice. Be sure will try.

Super recipe !!! I recommend it strongly! Only I forgot to photograph him in the baking pan and baked ...

Until now I did the rabbit in a similar way-without carrots and peppers, without some of these spices, baked only, wallowed in powdery pulp, salt and pepper. Today we cook it this way, I like the the sauce.

Marinara only one hour of rabbit you need or add to the vegetables and meat into the baking pan?

Mary did not use it then because it remains juices from raw meat.
