Ingredients
300 g of white chicken meat
1/3 cup butter
1 tbsp flour
5-6 cloves garlic
100 g cheese
salt
paprika
Method
Chicken meat is boiled. The fat becomes heated, it was placed in the flour, fried to a golden, diluted with boiling chicken broth and mix until a smooth slurry. Boiled meat is broken and in small pieces with crushed garlic is added to the slurry, stirring well. Boil at a low temperature. Serve immediately after preparation, each serving sprinkle with grated cheese.
