Rice meatballs with cheese

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
30 g butter
2 eggs
pepper
parsley
flour
salt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Gets cooked rice with 3 cups salted water, which was spread the butter. Allow to cool. Add the feta cheese, black pepper, chopped parsley and 1 egg. The blend formed meatballs. Rolled in flour, dip in beaten egg and fry in a highly heated sunflower oil. Serve warm.

Great recipe, I've done something like plus chicken and became great.

Lin4eto, this recipe is a favorite home. Next time I will try, adding and chicken.

This is very tasty, thanks for the recipe :) I only added soy mince instead of chicken, I think it is a good idea for vegetarians;)

how long does it eat

tedininova, I'm not shooting the cooking time, but do not become too fast nor too slowly. However, good food takes time - not so.

I initially forgot to put cheese, half meatballs were without cheese; then as they ate those without cheese liked us, others were not that bad, the recipe is very good :)
