Rice pudding with apple puree

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
4 tbsp rice
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
30 g butter
3-4 apples
1 pinch salt
Method
Apples, peeled and cut into pieces, boil in a little water until soft, then rub through a colander and sweeten to taste. Rice is boiled in milk with salt and sugar. To this was added the melted butter and applesauce. Can be added broken egg whites. Pour the mixture into a deep dish.
