Rice salad with cucumber

Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 cucumber
1 bunch dill
salt
white pepper
sunflower oil
vinegar
2-3 cloves garlic
300 g sweet corn beans canned

Method
Gets cooked rice in salted water, add the boiling vinegar plume and trickle sunflower oil. After boiling immediately flush with cold water in a colander. In a glass bowl fits well drained water from rice, cut the cucumber into small cubes unskinned, fennel, corn, the oil, vinegar, pepper, finely chopped garlic and salt.

is great! And without Plum!

Very nice salad and what I do with it, but not with lemon juice with vinegar

Until now, only with couscous salad I've done this, but now will try rice. I'm sure I'll like it :)
