Rice with tomatoes and leeks

Ingredients
2 cups Rice
5-6 cup water
300 g minced meat tomatoes or 150 g of tomato paste
1 grated carrot
leek
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt

Method
Leeks are cleaned and cut into small pieces and together with the grated carrot fry until golden in the oil. Add tomatoes or tomato paste, soy sauce, rice and water. As a boil and add chicken broth cube. Boil until cooked rice. Last added salt, taking care with the amount because the broth and soy sauce are savory.

cooked meal, but the carrot diced. Transfer them in the baking pan. Me will surely like it.
