Risotto with dried porcini

3 handfuls of dried porcini mushrooms (or mushrooms of your choice)
l mushroom broth 1
2 carrots
1 onion
garlic cloves 1
1 cup rice
1 cup white wine
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Soaked dried mushrooms for about 10 minutes Drain them, and if they are fresh, washed and cut them. Cut carrot and onion stew in a deep pot. Add the minced meat garlic and mushrooms. After 1-2 minutes add the rice and wine. By poizpari liquid pour broth. Stew under a lid on low heat about 20 minutes. Get out of the heat and add the butter and Parmesan. The dish should be slightly liquid at the end of cooking. After putting the butter and Parmesan and cool a clamp. Otherwise it will become very dry.
