Roasted kyufteta in halogen oven

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
middle of 2 slices of dry bread
1 small onion (optional)
salt and spices to taste (savory, black pepper, oregano, thyme)

Method
Soak the bread in water, then squeeze it nice and add to the mince, add egg and grated onion and season with salt and spices. Knead the minced meat and let it stand for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator to absorb odors. Form meatballs with wet hands and put them in a suitable pan, lightly greased. Put the pan on top BBQ and bake 10-15 minutes until browned 225S. Then turn the meatballs and finish cooking for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
