Ingredients
250 g boiled veal
1 bunch green onions
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1/2 bunch of parsley and dill
salt, pepper
# For garnish:
200 g of cooked rice

Method
Cooked meat is ground in a meat grinder or cut into very small pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper. Eggs broken with salt, flour, milk and chopped green onions. Combine the meat and mixed.
