Roasted rice with tomatoes

Ingredients
3 cups rice
1 sprig fresh onions
1 carrot
spices of your choice
1 large tomato
150 g cheese
100 g feta cheese
5-6 olives pitted
parsley

Method
Rice fry with onions and carrots, pour a little water to simmer. Then poured into a large pan, add the spices, tomato slices and bake until almost, grate the feta cheese, cheese, olives and bake, sprinkle with parsley.

I love tomatoes with rice, but I always cooked in a saucepan, I have not thought it bake in the baking pan, and the idea to combine with cheese is great. Bravo, Petya!
