Roasted squash with sauce

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
200 g sugar
2 tbsp flour
5 eggs
2 vanilla
1 liter milk
20 g cow butter
150 g walnuts
cinnamon

Method
50 g of sugar baked in the tray, to yield a caramel which is flush to the bottom and walls. Peel and clean the pumpkin cut into pieces, which are rolled in flour and arrange on caramel. Eggs, milk, remaining sugar, ground walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon is prepared sauce that is poured on the pumpkin. Top rank small pieces of butter and dessert bake in a moderate oven until ready.

Instead I put flour 1 handful of rice. A cinnamon leave a desire for everyone to put.
