Ingredients
1.5 kg potatoes
400 g smoked brisket
4 eggs
spinach
1 and 1/2 cup milk
mayonnaise optional
Method
Potatoes are sliced and cooked, smoked breasts cut into medium-sized squares. Cooked spinach is cut into small pieces and mix with eggs and milk. In an oily Court of Jena glass lining: potatoes, green mix, smoked brisket. Top can put mayonnaise. Bake in a moderate oven.
