Rolls with sauce

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
6 tbsp chopped boiled carrots
6 tbsp peas
6 strips cheese
3 boiled eggs
# For the sauce:
1 bay leaf
3-4 peppercorns
1 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp flour
1/3 cup Wine

Method
Minced meat is divided into 6 balls. Spread on wet board and each put 1 tbsp carrots, 1 tbsp peas, 1 strip of cheese and half egg. Using a broad knife wet form 6 oblong pieces. Cooked with less water. Once prepared, the liquid in the tray is carried out after dressing - the liquid is filtered and to it was added a solution of water with a little flour. Dilute with water and add spices and wine. Finally add the butter. Serve warm with mashed potatoes.

To make it easier to form porodalgovatoto piece using a knife. Once the mince is on board and put the stuffing screw in the following way; the knife slides between the board and minced meat and minced meat rises. Capped, in half. I personally do not flavor.But if you want it seasoned.

It was very tasty. Could not resist and added a pickle. I plated mince rice paper that is easier to wound roll.
