Royal dessert

Ingredients
3 ready the base
300 g peach jam
# For the cream:
250 ml milk
1/2 vanilla
3 yolks
60 g of powdered sugar
30 g cornmeal
150 g of dark chocolate
# For decoration:
2 tbsp coconut flour
20 ml rum
Method
Yolks and sugar are broken then added them to the cornmeal and stir until a homogeneous mixture. Boil the milk with the vanilla to slowly add the mixture on low heat and stir until the cream thickens. Having been prepared was added thereto, and the chocolate was allowed to melt. Cream to cool. Three the base sprinkled with rum. Chocolate cream was mixed with jam. First blade is coated with first base, on it is placed second and also dabbed with cream on it is placed third and the whole cake smeared with cream. Decorate with grated chocolate and coconut. The finished cake is left to cool and is ready for serving after hours.
