Rural pancakes

Ingredients
1 liter milk
8 eggs
40 g fresh yeast
800 g flour
salt
Method
The eggs are broken and there is added slightly warmed milk - to be able to quickly yeasted pancakes. Then add the dissolved yeast and advance in some milk, salt and flour. All stir until a thick paste and leave to rise. When the mixture is ready - increased volume almost doubled - bake pancakes on the hot plate. If it is too thick can add a little water or carbonated water or other soft drink (so become even more delicious).

This reminds me more of the kind Rhodope pancakes, ordinary rural pancakes are without eggs and with water, not milk - but the recipe seems to be delicious
