Salad with buckwheat, chanterelles and green onion

Ingredients
150 g buckwheat
100 g pickled or marinated chanterelle mushrooms
1 bunch green onions
the juice of 1 lemon
salt and olive oil

Method
Clean and wash with buckwheat boil water in a ratio of 1: 3 for how 7-8 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut green onions into rings. Drain marinade from chanterelles. Chanterelles may be to replace with mushrooms. In a bowl mix buckwheat, green onions and chanterelles. Season with salt, olive oil and the juice of one lemon. Stir and serve.
