Salad with cauliflower and roasted peppers

Ingredients
3 roasted red peppers
3 roasted green peppers
300 g cauliflower
200 g mayonnaise
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper
lemon juice
1 tbsp dill
Method
Cauliflower is broken into florets and boiled in salted water. Drained. In a large bowl mix the mayonnaise with black and red pepper, chopped garlic, dill, lemon juice and salt to taste. Add chopped peppers and chopped cauliflower. Mix and pour into a suitable plate. Top is decorated with a sprig of dill.
