Ingredients
1/2 cabbage
5-6 carrots
2 cucumbers
250 g pork (roasted or boiled)
250 g veal (roasted or boiled)
salt
vinegar
sunflower oil
soybean sauce
Method
Pork and beef and cabbage cut into strips. Carrots and cucumber grated. Everything is mixed, add salt, vinegar and soy sauce to taste.
