Salad with rice, peppers and oregano

Ingredients
1 cup rice
salt
2 red peppers, roasted and peeled
2 green peppers, roasted and peeled
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese feta
1/2 cup chopped olives pitted
3 tbsp chopped fresh oregano

Method
Rice is boiled in 1 liter of boiling salted water until tender. Drained (not rinse with cold water) and pour in a bowl coated with cooking paper to cool. Peppers cut into small pieces. Mustard mix with vinegar and a pinch of salt, little by little, with stirring, to the mixture and olive oil. In a large bowl mix the rice with peppers, onions, olives, the feta cheese and oregano. Watered with dressing, stir and serve.
