Salad with vermicelli

Ingredients
2 cups boiled vermicelli
2 cucumbers (300 g)
2 carrots
2 green onions
1 sprig fresh garlic
# For the dressing:
3 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt, pepper, parsley
Method
Cucumbers and carrots grated. Onions and garlic finely. Dressing products are broken down to homogeneity. In a salad bowl salad piecing so - order noodles, cucumbers row, row carrots, vermicelli row, row onion and garlic. Pour dressing and stayed 30 minutes to absorb flavors. Serve chilled.

noodle I have not tried. I've salad with couscous and pasta, but always advance in the oven I put them to golden brown slightly. Elena I liked the recipe, I hope to have the opportunity tonight and will try to make it.

interesting recipe again suggest Eli. And I with couscous often do, but with vermicelli-not. Ill try.
