Sandwiches with feta cheese in Welsh

Ingredients
6 thick slices of white bread
240 g feta cheese
30 g butter (or margarine)
1 and 1/4 cup (150 ml) of beer
pinch of paprika
1 tsp mustard
2 yolks
Method
White bread Bake. The butter is melted over low heat and stirring continuously, add the grated feta cheese and beer so as to obtain a smooth mixture. Season with paprika and mustard. Yolks are broken and also stirring pour in the mixture. All again heated without boiling. The resulting paste is smeared thickly on toast and bake in the oven.
