Sandwiches pockets

Ingredients
120 ml milk
180 ml water
20 g live yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
30 g butter
550-600 g flour

Method
Involved dough is left to rise and make dzhobchetata. The dough is divided into 16 parts, each roll of a circle with a diameter of 20 cm is nice smeared with sunflower oil, folded in two, again smeared with sunflower oil and fold in half again. Lining up in the tray, allowed to rise again and bake in a preheated 180 C oven 20-25 minutes. Stuffed with stuffing optional.

Can be stored in the freezer?

Once bake loaves leave to cool completely, put them in freezer bags, sealed and you can store them for several weeks. To thaw - you can leave them overnight to thaw in the refrigerator or post them in the microwave (out of bags).
