Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
1 spicy pepper
400 g blood sausage, maybe raw
100 g bacon
100 g sausage can and raw
pepper
pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Cabbage cut into small pieces. Season with black and red pepper and stir. Half pour into a saucepan. On cabbage put the blood sausage and chorizo which were previously riddled with fork. Add pepper and chopped bacon. Put the remaining cabbage. Pour over with heated oil and a little water. Boil over low heat to full readiness.
