Sausage with cabbage and mushrooms

Ingredients
250 g sausage
1 kg cabbage
250 g mushrooms
100 ml sunflower oil
200 g tomatoes (maybe canned)
1 onion
salt
mint

Method
Sausage is cut into slices and fry in heated sunflower oil. Remove and sauté in the oil with 1 cup hot water, chopped onions and cabbage and sliced ​​mushrooms. Add salt to taste and add mint, chopped tomatoes and sausage. The dish is transferred to a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven.
