Sliced fruits are boiled in a little water until soft and completely ground into paste. Put the sugar and cook, stirring constantly. Once the mixture starts to lift off of entire pieces of tray pestilat spread a layer, about 0.5 cm thick on a greased pan with butter and leave to dry in low oven. Once dry, cut into strips which are wound into a roll. The roll is served cut into slices.
