Scandinavian cutlets

Ingredients
8 small steaks
1 kg potatoes
2 large onions
2-3 tbsp lard or sunflower oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt
pepper
Method
Potatoes and onions cut into slices. In clay stew pot or glass lining onions, potatoes, steak, onions, potatoes. Each row add salt and season with pepper. Top pour the fat and puree diluted with 1 cup water. Cover and bake an hour and a half.
