Schnitzel with ham and smoked breast

Ingredients
300 g of beef
100 g ham
100 g smoked brisket
10-12 mushrooms
salt
pepper
1 egg
flour
fat frying
Method
Meat, ham , smoked brisket and cooked and drained mushrooms ground twice, add the egg, a pinch of salt and pepper and the mixture was kneaded. Allow to stand for 30 minutes, then is formed of four elongated patty, which rolled twice in flour and after a stay of ten minutes fry in very preheated oil on both sides. Turning a shovel.
