Ingredients

400 g pork
100 g salo
1 cucumber
4 red peppers
salt, pepper, sauce uni
sunflower oil

Method
The meat is formed into small steaks who crushed slightly. Flavor and fry briefly. Turn on rolls, strung on skewers, as between them they put pieces salo, pepper and cucumber. Sprinkle with oil and bake a few minutes of intense BBQ.
