Skinless sausages stuffed with Russian salad

Ingredients
500 g skinless sausages
200 g Russian salad
4 hard-boiled eggs
parsley
lettuce leaves
Method
The skinless sausages are deep cleavage in length, dissolve and are filled with Russian salad. Arranged in a plateau on the leaves of lettuce and decorate with rings or slices of boiled eggs and parsley.
