Smoothie with avocado, cucumber and parsley

1 cucumber, peeled
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 handful parsley
1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
1 tsp flaxseed
water - spring or mineral

Put in blender avocado, cucumber, parsley and seeds. Blend to desired smoothness, dilute with water and blend again. Smoothie is not sweet. If you want to not so vegetable taste, but sweet - you can add to the blender 8 clean dates, or add some sweetener. * Quantities are for 4 servings.

Here you have it all year round, eat it almost every day in different forms. I love avocado, especially puddingta. :)

Very tasty obtained, thanks for the recipe. Healthy and fresh breakfast :) I put coriander instead of parsley and a little crushed walnuts instead of seeds, but next time I will try to have seeds on hand. If left more densely and he put salt can be served as cold soup.

And when I get better. I ground walnuts instead of seeds, because I did not have on hand. I put coriander as Nevi (parsley none) and added the juice of 1/2 lime large. It was a very pleasant texture.
