Snails brine

Ingredients
1 kg snails
vinegar
sunflower oil
piece of horseradish
salt
Method
Snails are washed well and put in salt water to boil for 20 minutes. Taken out of their shells, washed and put in new water to cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from the water and served with grated horseradish mixed with vinegar, sunflower oil and salt.
