Snails stew

Ingredients
1 kg snails
3 onions
5-6 cloves garlic
savory
parsley
1 bay leaf
4-5 Allspice
4-5 peppercorns
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 eggs
black pepper
Method
Snails are washed well and put in salted water to boil for 20 minutes. Remove from the shells, again washed and put to boil in a new water with 1 onion, garlic, grains allspice and black pepper, bay leaf and salt for 15 minutes. The rest of the onion cut into small pieces and fry in the oil until golden. Add tomato paste and diluted with water. Boil on low heat until ready. Season with beaten eggs. Add cooked and drained snails and seasoned with salt and ground black pepper.
