Sorrel with eggs and cheese

Ingredients
5 handfuls (1 kg) sorrel
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
5-6 spring onions
3 eggs
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
salt
Method
Sorrel and onions are cleaned, washed and cut into small pieces, then sauté in oil until soft. Add crumbled feta cheese, eggs and salt to taste. The mixture is stirred, pour into flour a baking dish and bake in a medium high heat.
