Souffle banana rice

Ingredients
1 cup rice
3 cups milk
2 bananas
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 vanilla
Method
Gets cooked rice in milk. Once cooled down, add the diced bananas, vanilla sugar and beaten eggs. Pour carefully into greased pan or form. Bake in a moderate oven. Two minutes before withdrawing soufflé, sprinkle with a little sugar is caramelized and forms a glaze.
