Souffle with cheese

Ingredients
40 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
100-150 g feta cheese
2-3 eggs
salt
pepper
Method
From the flour, the butter and the milk is made sauce "Béchamel", add the feta cheese, seasoned with salt and pepper and leave to cool. Froth yolks, followed and beaten egg whites are added to up the cold thick sauce while stirring. The whole was poured into well-greased with butter and form souffle is baked for 25 minutes in a water bath at medium heat. If soufflé should become quite solid, bake 10 minutes more.
