Ingredients
500 g spinach
3 green onions
1/3 cup couscous
3 tbsp sunflower oil
30 g butter
1 cup milk
egg 1
50 g cheese
salt
pepper
Method
Onions and spinach cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Stew in the oil until soft, pour 5-6 cups hot water, add salt and bring to a boil. Add couscous, put up after boil, pour the milk and put the butter. Remove the soup from the heat, thicken with beaten egg and sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper.
