Ingredients
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch dill
1/2 connection mint
3 tbsp flour
3 eggs
200 g yogurt
salt
lemon juice
sunflower oil
Method
Parsley, dill and mint finely and sauté them with a little sunflower oil and water until tender. Fry flour and added to it the green spices. Make up to 750 ml- 1 liter of water (depending on how thick we want to soup). The soup boil until homogenous. Once you become ready to bind with beaten eggs and yogurt. Season with salt and lemon juice. Can be served with croutons. * The soup was delicious and hot and cold. Summer is a great alternative to Tarator.
