Sour dried fruits

Ingredients
150 g dried fruit of your choice - apricots, peaches, apples, pears and other
60 g starch
100 g sugar
1 liter of water
citric acid to taste
Method
Wash and soak in the water or enameled glass container dried fruit for 3-4 hours to swell. Then boil them in the same water on low heat for 30 minutes and them drain. A small portion of the resulting decoction cooled and it merge starch. The rest potion put sugar and put it on the fire to boil. Add fuzzy starch and stirring constantly so as not to burn and to get a smooth mixture. By boiling the mixture, the boiling is continued for a few minutes.
