Spaghetti with lamb

Ingredients
400 g roasted leg of lamb
100 g bacon
1 large onion
1 bunch of yellow dandelion
1 clove garlic
400 g spaghetti
2 tbsp sunflower oil
125 ml white wine
250 ml vegetable broth
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
150 g cream
nutmeg
6 tbsp lemon juice
salt
pepper
Method
Lamb and bacon cut into very small cubes. Onions and garlic finely. Yellow dandelion wash and dry. In the heated sunflower oil fry for 5 minutes bacon and meat. Remove and leave in a warm place. In their place fry onion and garlic, add the meat, wine and broth. Sprinkle with lemon rind, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Boil for 10 minutes and add the cream and lemon juice. Allow to boil for another ten minutes, but low heat. Pour spaghetti with a sauce.
