Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
100 g sausage of your choice
100 g ham
1 onion
3 eggs
4 tbsp butter
salt, pepper
parsley

Method
Sausage and ham cut into small cubes. Chop finely ground. Eggs are broken and add to the sausage. In the hot butter mixture and pour the egg when tightening added rice, seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley. Weak fire doparzhva eating without paying. Serve as a separate dish or as a side dish to chicken. Top is decorated with parsley.
