500 g minced meat
100 g cheese
800 g of canned tomatoes or 4-5 fresh
chili sauce to taste
4 cloves garlic
spices to taste (salt, paprika, pepper, savory, cumin)
few tbsp flour
Minced meat is kneaded in the grated cheese, onions and spices and leave in the fridge for a few hours to take a good fragrance. Tomatoes are creased or grating, if fresh, and salting.
