Ingredients
300 g rice
3 large tomatoes
150 g sour cream
150 g beer
3-4 tbsp tomato paste
100 g cheese
oil
basil, oregano, cayenne pepper
Method
Peel the tomatoes, cut into small pieces and put in a deep frying pan with a little olive oil to stew for 2-3 minutes. Pour the tomato paste, stir and add the clean rice, along with beer, cream and spices. Dish simmer to thicken the sauce and swelling of rice, stirring constantly. When done and still hot, sprinkle with grated cheese.
