Ingredients
1 handful of spinach
10 eggs
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
salt
fat frying
Method
Spinach is chopped finely, mix with 2 eggs, flour, baking powder, milk and salt. The remaining 8 eggs were cooked and cut lengthwise in two. Dip in spinach paste and fry in deep fryer or saucepan with more fat. Remove when lightly fried, again immersed in the paste and fry again. Can be served with milk-garlic sauce.
