Spinach with mushrooms

Ingredients
1.5 kg spinach
300 g mushrooms
60 g butter
100 g heavy cream
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
nutmeg
pepper
salt
Method
Hats mushrooms cut julienne and chopped stumps. In a pan with melted butter put caps of the mushrooms once golden brown, add a little water to stew. When the liquid boil off add the juice of half a lemon and a few tablespoons of thick cream. After 2 minutes, pulling it from the heat and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and nutmeg. Spinach was washed well, trimmed and blanched in boiling water less. Drain well, then cut into small pieces. In the remaining butter fry the mushroom stalks and after 1-2 minutes add the spinach. Mix well and flavor with salt and pepper. Spinach is transferred into a greased baking dish, top carefully put the mushrooms and cream. Optional can be sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in moderate oven 15 minutes.
