Spinach rolls in Portuguese

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
1 onion
pepper
salt
pinch nutmeg
lemon juice
1 cup (200 g) flour
egg 1
milk
M tomatoes
3-4 fish anchovies
1 cup tomato sauce
30 g cheese
Method
Of flour, egg and some milk is prepared batter and allowed one hour to rest. Spinach is cleaned, washed, allowed to drain and is poured. Then cut in large pieces, mixed with grated onion, black pepper, salt, grated nutmeg, lemon juice and butter and vegetable stew. Anchovies are boned and chopped. In a pan becomes heated vegetable oil and pour it into a little dough. Top put slices of tomato and anchovy pieces, put some dough and omelet fry on both sides until golden yellow color. Similarly, a second omelet. Cover with spinach, rolled and placed in a form of souffle. Sprinkled with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and baked in the oven.
