Ingredients
          6 eggs
          180 g sugar
          160 g sifted flour
          butter for greasing baking dish
          flour or semolina for greasing baking dish

          Method
              Prepare a form that will bake the base, as is smeared with butter and dusted with flour or semolina.   Separate the whites and yolks by first breaking the egg whites of thick snow. Then beat egg yolks and sugar foam. Add gradually egg whites already stirring gently with a wooden spoon. Finally to air mixture, gently sifted flour is mixed. Bake in preheated oven - top and bottom tray is placed at the lowest level and bake at 170-180 C, or in a hot air oven (fan) of a low level (but not at the bottom) 160 -170 C, for 30-40 minutes. Prepared base was cut into two or three parts.     For cocoa base - to the above recipe add 1 tbsp cocoa. The chocolate - added 50 g grated chocolate.
