Sponge cake with apples

4 eggs
150 g sugar
2/3 cup sunflower oil
2 cup flour
1 vanilla
1 tsp coffee or cocoa
walnuts, raisins, optional
50 ml carbonated napita of your choice
10 g baking powder
2 tbsp caster sugar
4 apples

In a bowl beat eggs with sugar. On trickle add the oil, as we continue to break. Flour divide into two, in one part add the baking powder. Begin to mix the flour with egg mixture. If we have less carbonated soft drink, and add it if we did not add anything. Add vanilla. Finally add the grated apples and mix well again everything. Divide the mixture in half. In one part add cocoa and mix until homogeneous. Oil tray for baking cake. Sprinkle with flour as needed tray. In tray sent down one half of the mixture. Molds and then the other mixture, which was spread chocolate on first. If you have nuts and add them to the mixture. Nuts are optional. Bake according to the oven, which we used to bake every day. Bake on the middle level and medium high heat. In order not to burn, the top can be put briefly foil.
