Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup orange juice (maybe water)
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp instant coffee
10 g baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 vanilla

Method
Beat the eggs lightly with sugar. In another bowl, mix the honey, orange juice and the oil. Add them to the eggs and mix well. Mix all dry ingredients and add them to the egg mixture. Greased and sprinkle with flour cake form. Pour it into the dough and bake the cake in a preheated 170C oven. Check with wooden toggle whether the cake is baked. If you start quickly browning top can cover it with aluminum foil.

Wonderful recipe, I added a little improvised, coconut and lemon peels in the dough and banana :) at the end. Cake is a great bravo to the author!
